L'Auberge has been in our family for several generations.
Le Café du Pont was created at the beginning of the last century by our great-grand parents.
L'Auberge Provençale was created in May 1939 by our grand-mother Clémence Flour.
In 2017, after extensive renovation work, Thierry Martoglio, the eldest of Clémence's 3 grandchildren, joined by his daughter Célia and the chef Franck Aubert, reopen the restaurant.
